Ride comfort is a important basis to measure the quality of modern automobile, thecurrent method of ride comfort research mainly adopts the multi-body dynamics, few considerthe impact on ride comfort of flexible body, this is also one of the reasons the simulation testwith respect to the actual situation of the differences, so it seems that the large deformationparts conduct flexible processing, build rigid flexible coupling vehicle model for ride comfortsimulation with actual engineering significance.This article take a domestic three axle vehicle as the research object, first of all, using thediscrete beam method in leaf spring modeler establishes both ends of slide block type leafspring. Leaf spring are established by this method is a flexible body, through the verificationof the both ends of slide block type leaf spring,got the tysteresisit, nonlinear and variablestiffness of it.Secondly, in order to make the suspension system is more reasonable, this article usesmapping method and ADAMS simulation method, in order to reduce the maximuminterference angle of wheel as the target, make a detailed analysis to the connection of the leafspring and matching of steering linkage, when the wheel beats, analysis of the movementprocess all kinds of connection form of leaf spring suspension system, obtain a connection ofconducive to the steering and suspension of movement coordination.Again, The use of both ends of slide block type leaf spring set up double shaft typebalance suspension system, and flexible processing of12thrust rod, put it mesh generation inADAMS/View, and carries on the analysis to7to15modal analysis, get it natural frequencyand cloud picture. On the basis of flexible processing of the leaf spring and thrust rod toestablish former, middle, rear axle assembly model, then in the establishment of the steeringsystem assembly model, vehicle model and tire model, at the end of each model for assemblyto get the rigid flexible coupling vehicle model.Finally, rigid flexible coupling vehicle model and rigid thrust rod vehicle modelrespectively simulation of random road, The simulation results obtained without too bigimpact thrust rod softens, Then the rigid flexible coupling vehicle model for simulation oftriangular pulse road, the result is within the specified range. The rigid flexible couplingvehicle model for optimization analysis, The results showed that optimization of vehicle ridecomfort is well improved.
