Excavator plays a huge promoting role in the country’s infrastructure construction,especially in the mining, construction, civil engineering, water conservancy and railway industries and so on.And the noise problem of the Excavator cab has increasingly become the main criteria for the pollution of urban environment, the abatement of working efficiency, inductrial injury accident and the damage of staffs physical and mental health.Thus controlling the noise problems effectively has become a very important segment in the product development of engineering machinery.This paper takes one certain type of excavator as the research object,which introduces the excavator’s noise level at home and abroad firstly and analyzes the producing mechanism of cab noise and the main noise source characteristics secondly and then measures this excavator’s cab noise according to the national standards.And identifying its noise source using comprehensive signal analysis technology.Finally this paper presents effective measures of noise controlling based on the theoretical analysis and experimental study of cab acoustic performance, intake and exhaust system, pump and valve system and suspension system. |
