Artistic Features And Application Of Digital Image Technology In The Expression Of Interior Design

With the development of digital graphic technology and the fast progress of computer hardware technology, the world has ushered into a digital age with computer and communications technology as the basis. Digital technology rapidly penetrates into many other fields after its application, changing people’s life habits.Digital engineering drawing, as an interior design closely related with living environment of humans, has completely replaced the traditional hand-painted drawings. The presentation of digital graphic technology also reveals great tendency to replace that of traditional hand-painted ones. We are so pleasant to see the digital graphic technology brings new vitality to interior design industry, greatly shortens the design cycle and reduces the workload, allowing the designers to put more energy into the design itself, which has played a substantial role in promoting the development of interior design. Vigorous development of interior design industry has also stimulated the prosperity of relevant industries, among which digital graphic industry is included. Every digital presentation has become necessary elements in interior design projects, complementing each other with design data. If we probe into the deep industry over gorgeous coating, we will see a health status as "serenity like flowers mirroring to water, action like willows supporting wind ". Personnel are fundamental to the development of an industry. Digital graphic presentation industry seems to have a steady stream of employees, but we find that a majority of them are trained through self-study or institutions during a short period. Aside from doubts on whether self-study can meet industry requirements, even the training institutions’teaching content is all modular software operating. This kind of teaching model will make students look like production line workers, only able to do the required process. However, digital graphic design, as an important expression way of interior design, not only transforms the plane drawing into a three-dimensional graph, but also expresses the design content, make up for the design thinking and space atmosphere that engineering drawings cannot express. It also provides a more intuitive way for optimization of design program, building a bridge for the communication between designers and owners, which is we personnel have never realized.Moving forward at this state is bound to hinder the progress of digital graphic presentation industry, not conducive to the rapid development of the interior design industry, and contrary to the high requirements for better living environment. Identifying the existing problems’and solutions for digital graphic presentation industry has become an important new task confronted by researchers, educators and personnel.This paper will start from the features of digital technology, take the design content as the basis, combine with the characteristics of similar applied arts to do comparison, and refer to the development trend of foreign digital graphic technology, so as to study the artistic features of digital presentation works, conclude its artistic characteristics, as well as find the right direction for digital graphic presentation industry. The second part will consider the project as the carrier, and combine with actual application to analyze how to embody these artistic features in the process of making digital graphic presentation, summarize the specific methods, and make certain reference for the personnel of digital graphic presentation industry.
