Research On The Planning And Design Of Leisure ECO-Agricultural Park

Leisure agriculture transplanted tour activities like sightseeing, vacation, amusement and participation into agriculture production by means of combining agriculture and tourism together, exhibiting great marketing potential and expansive development prospect, so it was regarded as a new "green sunrise industry". Leisure eco-agricultural park, as the carrier of leisure agriculture, has been developing rapidly in recent years, however, it took on the condition of "large-scale expansion, low-level development" as a whole. In addition, theoretical research on the planning of leisure eco-agricultural park in domestic academic circle has not formed a perfect method system. So it is of great significance to make study on the planning and design of leisure eco-agricultural park.This article taking the leisure eco-agricultural park as the research object, summarized the basic features and main types of leisure eco-agricultural parks in China by means of literature review, case investigation, comparative analysis and so on; by introducing some theories of Landscape Ecology, Landscape Aesthetics, Marketing Psychology, Landscape Planning and Design, ReBAM, Eco-circular Economy, it also systematically illustrated the planning principles and contents in the planning and design of leisure eco-agricultural park. This article selected three built eco-agricultural parks of Crab Island Resort in Beijing, Tiangong Park in Ningbo, Xinghe eco-agricultural park in Yangzhou as actual cases to make study and analysis, it summed up the planning characteristic and highlights in every parks, pointed out the existing shortcomings respectively and put forward the corresponding improving suggestion. Finally, it utilized the planning and design of Lvhe leisure eco-agricultural park to carry out the empirical research, making theories applied and tested by practices.
