The Study On Leisure-Agricultural Park Planning In The Southern Area Of Anhui Province Unedr The Perspective Of Regional

The leisure agriculture that combines agriculture,leisure,and farming experience features is an integrated agriculture,which practice the concept of sustainable development in economic social and environmental resources,it is not only the development of a new industry in agricultural modernization,but also the upgrading of traditional agriculture to tertiary industry.It opens up a new direction for agricultural development,provided new resources to tourism development,and balanced economic,social and environmental benefit harmoniously.Recently,with the rapid economic development of society and the progress of the urbanization level,Leisure agriculture industry is on the rise,industrial parks are emerging.With rich agriculture and tourism resources,South Anhui has unique advantages of the development of leisure agriculture.In the developed countries and areas,leisure agriculture has developed into a highly market-oriented mature industry,while in South Anhui Province,leisure agriculture is in the new period.The development of Leisure agricultural in South Anhui started in the late 1990 's,after a starting period of family cottage and relatively extensive period of free development,coming to the high speed development time with Government-led,business investment and farmers 'participation.Through the study of leisure agriculture success stories,this paper aims to sort out good experience,and on this basis,tease out a scientific,operational planning,which could promote the development of leisure agriculture in South Anhui,and promote the construction and operation level of leisure agriculture.Based on agriculture as the Foundation of theory,landscape ecology theory,principles of tourism and other related subjects,this paper first sorts out the concept and connotation of the leisure agriculture Park,then studies leisure agriculture construction and operation in and out country,based on the combination of sort,analyze and draw for relatively mature area of leisure agriculture development course and status,final sums up valuable good experience.Through documentation analysis,site visits,interviews and comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper further summarizes leisure agriculture industry and construction theory related to agriculture as the Foundation of theory,landscape ecology and tourism related part of the theory.Using a combination of document analysis,site visits or any other means and focusing on leisure agriculture development situation in South Anhui and park construction,this paper would summarize results and sort out potential pitfalls.For problems and the actual situation,this paper would consider from the principles of planning,location selection,and development orientation,resource development perspective,combine with the characteristics of the local landscape and cultural resources,based on ecological,holistic,regional guidelines,and analysis construction theory that is suitable for the regional conditions of leisure agriculture in South Anhui.Finally,in order to verify the theory's accuracy and operability in practice,this paper would apply the theory of combs to the practice of leisure agriculture in NingGuo Jialuzhen Park planning and design.
