The wire rope net with polymer mortar reinforcement technology is a new reinforcement technology in china in recent years, it improves the carry capacity of reinforcement concrete beam, slab, column and masonry brick wall effectively, strengthening structure tensility at same time, especially overcoming defect of worse reinforcement effect, this technology is featured of high strength, fireproofing, high aggregation force and have no harm for human and environment, meeting green developing concept and which is ideal reinforcement method for concrete structure. The advantage of wire rope net with polymer mortar reinforcement technology is tensile force controlled which is different from passive reinforcement method such as bonding steel plate, bonding fiber cloth and so on, it is initiative and effective reinforcement method. The bottom wire rope net can’t be anchored effectively so as not to play the wire rope high strength feature for the wire rope net with polymer mortar reinforcement technology. This paper study wore rope net bottom anchoring system initially based on steel anchoring research both at home and broad by experiment and Theoretical analysis firstly, the main sections as following:(1) Instroducing paper study background and the post-anchoring technology research result for concrete structure.(2) The wire rope connecting mode which can play its high strength feature effectively is determined by the experiment of wire rope net bottom fixture device. The experiment result shows the country criterion wire rope clip (GB/T5976-2006) is comfortable for wire rope bottom connecting whose diameter is4.5mm, at same time, the criterion can increase appropriately for steel arrangement staggered.(3) By wire rope anchoring experiment which is anchored by MLJ type building structure glue, the result shows the max carry capacity only meet wire rope design strength demand for The wire rope net with polymer mortar reinforcement method. With the increment of wire rope planting depth, the max tensile ability don’t improve, it shows encapsulating glue is not Saturated in the hole, the structure glue liquidity need improve.(4) According to the test of specimen which is anchored by the MLJ type building structural glue, the result show that the tensile peak load can meet the requirements of the steel wire rope strength design value in the wire mesh and polymer mortar strengthening method, when the wire rope implanted depth is20times the diameter (90mm). When the wire rope implanted depth is50times the diameter (225mm), the mean of the tensile peak load meet the requirements of the wire rope tensile strength standard and the high strength tensile performance of rope can play full.(5) According to the test of specimen which is anchored by the stiffened rope, the result show that the stiffened rope disgned in paper can reduce the anchored depth about10times the diameter in order to improve the tensile capacity, compared with the unstiffened rope.(6) Through the theoretical analysis and experimental research, we prospose the formula of steel wire rope piece end basic anchorage depth, design value and minimum value of anchorage depth, the bearing capacity value of wire rope piece anchorage and the calculation formula of design value firstly.The results in the paper provide valuable advice for the future study of anchorage technology of the wire mesh and polymer mortar strengthening of end and related design work.
