| Wind turbine spindle which is used for connecting wind wheel and growth of box is an important part of the wind turbine. The safety of the Spindle structure has a great impact on the performance of the entire unit. In this paper, based on modern design theory, combined with structural dynamics, fracture mechanics analysis, strength analysis theory, wind turbine spindle of large-scale is analyzed about the strength, stiffness and fracture mechanics. What’s more, it provides technical support for the study of large wind spindle, and a certain practical reference value for localization and mass production of large-scale wind turbine spindle.The main contents:(1) The strength and stiffness of a certain type of wind turbine spindle has been studied by using modern mechanical design theory and method of applying parametric design. The optimal regression equation and various parameters about the stress and displacement of the wind turbine spindle can been obtained by using the orthogonal experiment method to parametric design of the spindle, applying polynomial regression to analyze the test results of the processing.(2) According to the design specifications, the stress concentration on the details of the structure of the spindle can be analyzed, then the analysis of static strength of bolt connection applied under the promise of establishing and meshing a finite element model of bolt connection between the spindle flange and hub flange, generating.(3) Based on the analysis of the static strength of the wind turbine spindle, applying fracture analysis of the spindle and the spindle crack growth analysis, it provides a theoretical basis for spindle fatigue failure, fault detection. |
