Pyrolysis technology has already developed well as a kind of traditional technology used in coal chemical industry area. And its application and utilization in biomass energy is gradually getting more and more attention. Among them, the study of pyrolysis process can go through from two ways: reaction kinetics and pyrolysis technology. The widely used kinectics models are based on basic reaction kinetics model and iso-conversional method. And the common pyrolysis technology is tube furnace or fluidized bed. In addition, the traditional adding way of nickel-based catalysts is mechanical mixed with raw material, which has a drawback of heterogeneous reaction. In recent years, much research have been put forward on impregnation catalyst adding ways to overcome this shortcoming and proved to have better effect comparing with mechanical mixed catalyst adding way. But as so far, nickel-based catalyst application and utilization is little, because of the generated solid product containing nickel elements, which means there is a big environmental pollution problem on the solid product disposal, and the solid product can not be used as activated carbon or in other solid product utilization way to make economic interests. Considering the problems above, this study mainly focus on the potential analysis of biomass pyrolysis technology, and reaction kinetics analysis and characteristics of pyrolysis products research, and catalytic effect of nikel-based catalyst on pyrolysis process, and the corresponding secondary recycling method of the nickel-content biomass char. Mainly content of this study is as follows:1. Impregnation pretreatment methods effect and confirmatory analysis of impregnation mechanism.2. Four kinds of agricultural and forestry waste biomass thermal degradation reaction kinetics model selection and calculation of the corresponding kinetic parameters.3. Effect of particle size, heating rate, the catalytic process conditions on biomass pyrolysis kinetics.4. Oak wood pyrolysis characteristics on fixed bed tube furnace and pyrolysis temperature effect on the pyrolysis process.5. Effect of nickel-based catalysts and catalyst adding way on the catalytic pyrolysis characteristics of oak wood.6. Secondary catalytic use of biomass char containing nickel elements.Through the above experimental research, the difference analysis among pyrolysis process under different material and different pyrolysis parameters was made from the two aspects of dynamics and fixed bed tube furnace technology. Approprate range of application of CR integral method and the iso-conversional method was attained. Effect on the pyrolysis process of the nickel-based catalyst impregnation adding way and mechanical mixed adding way was analysed.And a creatively process of secondary catalytic use of biomass char containing nickel was proposed.
