| Reciprocating compressor has an extensive application in petrified profession. The vibration caused by its complex movement and structures in the work threatens industrial pipelines. In recent years, the operational safety of the pipeline has been paid more and more close attention; most enterprises have carried out work on the regulation and prevention of pipeline vibration to reduce the personal and property losses caused by the accident. Aiming at the reciprocating compressor outlet piping vibration status quo, this article will explore the monitoring and controlling methods of piston compressor outlet line vibration combined with the modal analysis methods which have been widely used in the automotive, aerospace and construction industries with experimental and theoretical research methods. The subjects:The existing literatures have different opinions on the reciprocating compressors export pipeline vibration control methods. By reading a lot of literatures, this article finished the generic pipeline vibration fault identification and diagnostic methodsAiming at the resonance problems, the most difficult governance issues, this article measured the natural frequency (fn) of the pipeline by the advanced operational modal analysis method, to provide the raw data and the theoretical basis to resolve the problem of pipeline resonance.Basing on the operational modal analysis, this paper intuitively reproduces the actual pipeline vibration caused by actual excitation with the Operational Deflection Shapes method, and obtains the sensitive frequency range of pipeline and the contribution of the fn, to the operational shapes. The results of these studies provide the effective and practical method of monitoring and fault diagnosis of pipeline. |
