Research On The7TH Jiangsu Hortichltural Exposition Based On The Tourists Satisfaction Evaluation

Horticultural Exposition, also called garden festival or a garden show, is a show with strong garden and horticultural theme and Presence. So far, there are many kinds of garden shows in many countries, with different sizes and levers, so to China. These exhibitions not only absorb large number of visitors in its opening day, but also bring big enhances to the grounds.Based on the background above, this paper selects the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition as the research object. The papers conducts research on the tourist satisfaction degree of Horticultural Exposition, based on the literature summery of the tourist satisfaction home and abroad, and evaluate and analyze the tourist satisfaction of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition. Through literature reading, the author sums up the development of research on the tourist satisfaction degree and Horticultural Exposition. Finally, the paper takes a questionnaire survey to investigate the tourist satisfaction of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition. Using SPSS13.0and Excel software for data processing and analysis, the evaluation is analyzed from the following seven aspects:1,analysis of tourist sample description;2,the overall assessment analysis of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition;,the analysis of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition held value;4,The characteristics of overall planning analysis of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition;5, the analysis of impressions and its cause of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition;6, the analysis of problems and suggestions of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition;7, the analysis of After-use problem about the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition.Combining with interviews, the thesis sums up innovation, infrastructure, quality of service, publicity and other aspects of the7th Jiangsu Horticultural Exposition, which should be improved follow-up. Finally, based on empirical finding of the study, this paper put forward some suggestions in order to improve the tourist satisfaction. Through such research and analysis, it will give nowadays China’s booming Exposition development a suitable theoretical elaboration and development ideas.
