More long span bridges have been built with the rapid development of the human soeiety, civil engineering techniques and communication, more attention has been drawn to the safety, durability and normal functions of these bridges.Health monitoring systems and intelligent control technologies have been introduced into these long span bridge and are developing rapidly.Based on summing up construction controlling technology of arch bridges of home and abroad, taking Qibo bridge of Shenyang as project background, this paper has a particular study to the construction controlling for the through and half-through type arch bridge. The main subjects are summarized as follow:1、Introduces the structure of the bowstring arch bridge, account the characteristics of the construction control, methods and research status at inland and abroad;2、Analyse the structure system of bridge, according to the structure characteristics and actual situation of the bridge, we established finite element model of the entire bridge through a bridge professional software MIDAS CIVIL, and carried out according to the actual construction process simulation calculations. We practiced construction control through using the adaptive control method to each construction phase.Through analyzing of the static and dynamic, the bridge internal force, stress, displacement and boom of cable force in design calculation, through the research structure of the natural vibration frequency and vibration model to evaluate structure bearing capacity.Finally guaranteeing the smooth construction of the bridge;3、According to the characteristics and construction technology of the arch bridge type to develop detailed construction monitoring scheme, through adaptive control method, control the whole construction process control. Combined with the task of monitoring scheme and main content, to control the construction process on the main line, the arch rib deformation and stress of dual control, and mainly to deformation control, and strietly control the cross section of vertical displacement and migration of the arch axis, taking into account considering the development of stress.Through the continuous prestressed concrete beams arch combination of the bridge throughout the construction proeess simulation analysis, the results will be monitoring the scene and a comparative analysis of data. Thus further adjust the parameters control of construction, Finally achieve the purpose of improving engineering quality.By the practice of bridge construction control, the importance and necessity of construction control for large span through and half through arch bridges were approved. The computation and analysis of this dissertation had applied to the practice of design and construction of Qibo bridge of Shenyang city, and obtained preferable effect. This bridge had achieved the scheduled target of construction control from the practice. The computational data and conclusion could also supply basic data for the healthy detection and maintenance during the transport operation stage, as well as for the design and construction of homogeneous bridge, so this dissertation has prodigious engineering practical value.
