In recent years,the undercarriage of the swallow-shaped heterotyped tied arch bridge has given full play to the characteristics and advantages of the beam arches,playing an increasingly important role in bridge construction.However,the construction technology of tie-bar arch bridges is complex and involves many system transitions.Therefore,it is very important to study the key technologies of tied arch bridge construction.Based on the Linyi River Bridge in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the finite element model of the undercarriage swallow-type profiled tied arch bridge,introduces the modeling process,pushes the technology,selects the steel girder erection scheme,transforms the structural system,etc.Problems are systematically studied.The launching technique and practical application of tie-arch bridges are introduced,the actual project location and some design parameters of the bridge are explained,and the finite element model of the bridge is established with the aid of professional bridge finite element analysis software Midas Civil.The axial force and bending moment of the rib,the shear force of the main girder,the bending moment and displacement,and the reaction force of the V pier were checked for safety,and the conclusion that the structure was safe and stable during the construction process and in the completed state was obtained.The article lists three different steel beam erection schemes and compares them.The scheme design of steel girder jacking construction was elaborated in detail.The design of jacking equipment,temporary support,design of assembly platform and design of jacking girder were introduced.The control indexes for the installation of steel girder were given and further The steel arch assembly scheme was designed.A study was conducted on the system transitions that occurred during the removal of temporary support and the installation of tie rods and booms.Using the combination of impact matrix method and Midascivil modeling,the control pull force of each suspender during the construction process is obtained.Enumerate two different suspension tensioning schemes and compare them to obtain the optimal solution.
