This paper mainly investigated reactive power and voltage optimization problem in the10kV following distribution network.The loss of10kV power distribution network wasextremely big,and its line voltage is low. Electricity researchers has been greatly concernedresearch on the power quality and other reactive voltage optimization problem.The rationaldistribution network planning and optimization reactive systems can improve transmissionreliability and stable operation capability.It can ensured qualified power quality and reducedline losses, Consequently,it was greatly significant to complete they optimal reactive power ofthe country grid which was the significant part of constructing smart country grid,and whichwas also crucial for reduce line losses.Voltage and reactive power optimization was solved the fundamental method of powerquality problems, which related to many various studies. The algorithm advantage wasapplied to reactive power and voltage optimization from go up at all to settle power qualityproblems. This passage mainly studies that reactive power and voltage of10kV distributionnetworks on the basis of previous studies. It was designed host compute control system. Itcould ensure the fully equipped grid point of view voltage quality standards and optimizereactive. Distribution power flow calculation was an important prerequisite for reactive poweroptimization of calculation and the accuracy of the entire distribution power flow distribution.It was directly relationships with reactive power optimization smoothly proceed. According tothe characteristics of the distribution network, the network structure and the transmission griddistribution network are using forward and backward substitution algorithm to calculate thedistribution power flow. The algorithm has great advantages conducive to computerprogramming. Due to insufficient investment in the construction of distribution network,theautomation level was not too high. The text line compensation devices were used more fasterprocessing data TMS320F2812as the master chip. To avoid the difficult characteristics of thedata transmission, it was used the GPRS wireless communication which make processing datacapacity has been greatly improved for the long-distance signal transmission.Through flowcalculation and installation of line compensation, it was combination of genetic algorithms orTabu search algorithm,which has the benefit to avoid genetic algorithm calculate slowlyconvergence and Tabu search algorithm dependent on the initial value drawbacks. Andcross-mutation operator, Optimal Capacitor switching encoding and Tabu table to makeimprovements, the convergence of the algorithm and optimize the speed has been greatlyimproved. The distribution network was the basic of the reactive power optimization. According to the characteristics of load flow calculation in rural distribution network, thepaper put forward a new node numbering optimization based on forward and backwardsubstitution method. This passage designed the control system that makes use of modularprogramming. After the test, it could steadily run and have a good consequence.After installation system for the whole Power distribution network.Through completed withthe result of line voltage and power factor operation.In view of the proposed approaches inthis Paper, the result showed that voltage and power factor could kept reasonable level for along time.It also shows the feasibility of the proposed methods and avoided the deficienciesof conventional control system.
