Direct torque control is the relatively advanced exchange control technology,because of the use of less internal parameters motor, such internal motor parameterson the direct torque control without too much influence, especially in the motorrunning at high speed motor parameters under almost negligible, so it can make motormodel is simpler to implement rise more convenient. But direct torque technology stillhas some shortcomings, the most is in low speed control effect is bad; this is in thelow speed cases motor stator resistance parameters influences reason. So the directtorque control technology need to be further research and innovation.The direcet torque control technology of the basic principle and structure isanalyzed; the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) and Fuzzy PIDtechnology are put forward in this paper, because SVPWM technology can synthesizearbitrary directions of space and fuzzy PID is through the experience of experts todesign the fuzzy control rule table dynamic adjustment of PIDk_p、k_i、k_dparameters,so the system stability and the anti-jamming can be improved.The use of SVPWM direct torque control model and the use of double fuzzyPID-SVM of direct torque control model are established in Simulink. Throughanalyzing both the simulation results, it is demonstrated that the double fuzzyPID-SVM direct torque control performance more superior and improve the systemresponse speed and robustness and reduce the motor torque and magnetic flux ofvolatility.According to the simulation ideas in TMS320LF2812hardware platform forexperimental, the experimental results show that in the traditional DTC used SVPWMand fuzzy PID control is to have the effectiveness and the control performance betterthan the traditional DTC, improve the motor in the low speed cases operation fluency.The working principle of hardware and workflow of software module areintroduced. The software debugging encountered is analysed in the process of allkinds of difficulties and solutions, by comparing the collection of data to create thewave figures to analyze the double fuzzy PID-SVM direct torque control thecorrectness, effectiveness and put forward improvement ideas about the double fuzzyPID-SVM.
