The real-time information collection technology is applied to BSP, Based artery coordinated control, the signal timing optimization algorithm of BSP are improved.In the framework of scheme selection control theory, the formula of total passager delay about signal cycle is put forward. And aimed at minimum passager delay, the formula of signal cycle and the proportion of buses is deduced.Without the effect of bus stops, study on both platoon dispersions and the stochastic variations of the queue at the intersection, considering the impact of green extension strategy on both prioritized buses and general traffic, a formula of reduced total passager delay was put forward by derivation of equation. Aimed at minimum passager delay, signal timing optimization algorithm is studied.Based on active bus signal priority strategy, real-time information of bus is applied to calculate the delay of every bus with the effect of bus stops. And then, the passager delay of bus before bus stop, stoping at the bus stop and after bus stop are studied, a formula of reduced total passager delay is put forward. Enumeration method is applied to optimize signal timing.BSP control theory based real-time information collection technology still need to be perfected. So this paper aimed at this problem, the formula of passager delay in condition of single intersection and artery coordinated control were put forward. And aimed at minimum passager delay, the formula of signal timing is deduced.
