In recent years, the power supply of wireless sensor network for a long time has been become problem with the application of wireless sensor network that tests equipment of plant. As a new kind of micro power supply device, the piezoelectric vibration generator harvester has low cost, simple structure and high electromechanical coupling efficiency. Gradually, it is self-power for power station equipment wireless node. The piezoelectric vibration generator harvester has gradually become a new power supply technology. This paper independently designs and optimizes the structure of piezoelectric vibration cantilever beam based on the different vibration environment. This paper chooses mainly appropriate model in the specific vibration environment by theoretical analysis of structure, simulation analysis and experimental analysis.Through change different position of the double masses at piezoelectric vibration cantilever beam, structure of unimorph and bimorph is modeled and simulated. This paper models and simulates the structure of rectangle, triangle and trapezoid and contrast the simulative value and theoretical value of rectangular piezoelectric vibration cantilever beam.Four groups of new-type piezoelectric vibration cantilever beam adapted to low-frequency environment is designed independently. Optimize models by numerical simulating analysis that are Static analysis and modal analysis. Experimental results can verify the validity of this algorithm by designing test bench and Making physical. experimental data and simulation result are mainly same. so, we can get new-type models that have good conversion performance. According to the low-frequency of plant, optimal model can be determined.
