A Study On Impact On Hollow Village Regulation Mode Of Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun Distract

The article is about the current hollow phenomenon in certain hollow village of theagricultural area.Field research which concerns the renovation of hollow village has beendone in Zhongluotan town， Baiyun District， Guangzhou.Combining the method ofquestionnaires and analytic hierarchy process with the perspectives of villagers inZhongluotan town，Liangtian villages has been chosen as a typical hollow village inanalysizing the choices of suitable renovation methods and suggestions in it.Based on the above content，this paper is divided into five parts：The first part isintroduction，which mainly points out research background and significance of the article，andthe method of analysizing. Studies of scholars both at home and abroad related to the topic aresynthesized.The second part concerns definition of concepts and theories，in which，theconcept of hollow villages and the renovation method are clearly defined. The renovationmethod is discussed in three aspects：public participation theory，sustainable developmenttheory and optimal allocation of land.Based on field trip investigation，the third partsystematically illustrates the present situation，causes and effects of hollow villages inZhongluotan town，Baiyun District.The fourth part is the analysis of the renovation pattern inhollow village of Zhongluotan town，Baiyun District. First of all，the mode of renovation isconstructed based on document resources. Then，the cognition of hollow village’s renovationamong villagers can be learnt through questionnaires. Finally，in view of the situation，Liangtian village is selected as the typical hollow village in examining the feasible renovationpattern，thus，the most optimal one can be chosen. The fifth part deals with suggestions inrenovation in Zhongluotan town’s hollow village. Considering the present situation，problems，reasons and feasible renovation patterns，certain suggestions can be raised.On the basis of the above research and analysis，the conclusion can be summarized asfollows：First of all，The hollow village are primarily demonstrated in two aspects，buildingnew houses in the outskirts of village while remaining the older one and remaining the olderhouses while working or living in other places. Second，villagers in Zhongluotan town havestrong willing in developing renovation project of the hollow village.Third，villagers arewilling to utilize the lands which are saved from renovation of hollow village for futuresustainable development.Fourth，three crucial parts are summarized as the most concerned problems among villagers in Zhongluotan town. In specific，the distribution of profit indeveloping collective economy；the time period of the whole renovation project and whethernew land or house can be achieved after the renovation.Last but not least，the renovationmethod in hollow village should be done under the guidance of achieving maximumcomprehensive benefits，therefore，renovation on original sites may be the best choice forvillages like Liangtian.
