Solar energy is a clean, sustainable energy, and its feature is universality, sustainability, pollution-free. The effective use of forms are including photoelectricity, photothermal and photochemical conversion. Among them, photoelectricity convert the photovoltaic solar energy into electrical energy and practical application of photovoltaic technology and promotion, have become the most important and the fastest growing form of energy supplies domestic and foreign. However, the research on how to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells, reduce the cost of application, has become a technical problem of photovoltaic technology promotion and application. The subject on the current engineering applications using traditional smart meter manually recorded field data of the independent power systems, combined with Lab VIEW virtual instrument technology, To optimize its functions and achieve online real time data acquisition related parameters of photovoltaic power generation system and realizes the real-time maximum power point of PV tracking.In order to achieve a real sense of Maximum Power Point tracking,and design of data acquisition card and a smart controller, The controller circuit using chip technology, PWM pulses generated to control boost boost chopper duty, the Controller is added between load and photovoltaic cells,to realize real-time adjustment of the maximum power purposes.In relation to shortcomings of the traditional instruments about alone photovoltaic power generation system in engineering applications,combined with Lab VIEW technology, discussion and research on hardware and software technology for photovoltaic power generation system,and realize PV data on-line measurement and control based on labview ultimately.The main work done as follows:(1)Access to relevant literature, deep analysis of the current forms of energy in china and abroad, and put forward the solution of the energy crisis.(2)Principle and mathematical model for analysis of photovoltaic cells, discuss the Effect of Temperature and Light Intensity on the output characteristics for PV. Not only is built in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model of photovoltaic cells for experimental verification, but also study on output characteristics of photovoltaic cells through experiments.(3)Study on electrochemical reaction principle of batteries, and discusses its charge control method of the three-stage battery charge control method,to avoid battery in the process of using "overcharge, over-discharge" phenomenon.(4)Describes the principle of DC-DC converter and MPPT control method, by comparison, put forward the " conductance increment " algorithm.The algorithm is able to adapt to rapidly changing light intensity. Simulation experiment on Matlab/Simulink not only verify the effectiveness of Boost chopper, and verified the superiority of "conductometric incremental" lgorithms.(5)This paper details the design ideas and methods of Lab VIEW hardware related and software.The temperature acquisition circuitry, signal conditioning circuits, data acquisition card circuit production have been completed finally, and design and implement data acquisition, analysis, storage and online publishing features to get the final results of the experiment based on Lab VIEW.
