Online monitoring and fault diagnosis of steam turbine is an important subject in the field of steam turbine. By now, the analytic methods of vibration signals are relatively perfect. Though it is, there are many areas worthy of study to improve. This paper mainly relates to design and implement a steam turbine fault diagnosis system, using B/S model, including Web server, database and communication protocol module, systematically introduced the main turbine shaft vibration fault and its characteristic information. In order to guarantee the system safety and provide different users with different functions, the system provides a complex user management module. We have introduced the FFT algorithm, and use it to waveform data analysis and processing, provide graphics which reflect the vibration state for users or experts in fault identification including waveform, Bode diagram, amplitude-frequency figure. Though the unit operation experience people got in the past, we sum up some rules of fuzzy control, extract fault symptom, adapt the principle of maximum degree of membership and use the fuzzy algorithm for fault diagnosis. Through sending a HTTP request with the use of Web Socket technology in the browser, the server establish a socket connection to achieve a similar C/S mode under the TCP/IP connection, which access the real-time push; establishing and analyzing the socket protocol; realizing dynamic real-time data transmission in the remote monitoring; displaying the turbine vibration waveform data in the form of a two-dimensional vector graphics SVG; finally establish online test monitoring system, through it we can automatically acquire data and passive receive pushed data and warn users when a fault occurs.
