With the development of network technology,the process of production workshops ormonitoring stations in a enterprise which is distributed in different regions and interrelatedis controlled automatically for unattended operation.The operation parameters ofequipment or production line to be perceived by the sensor technology;The controlcommand is generated through the use of advanced control theory according to theoperating parameters in real time;Operation state is adjusted by computer network andpassed to the remote production scheduling center.This is the general framework of theexisting industrial remote control.With the expansion of business scale,it is urgent toreduce the maintenance cost of production line.Production line maintenance costs can bereduced effectively, and the efficiency of industrial remote control is raised only byfinishing interconnection and interactione between quipment repair personnel, productionscheduling personnel and industrial network based on the existing industrial remote controlsystem equipment and equipment interconnection.We study how to realize the interactive way between object(equipment) and people inthe industrial control network by the use of networking technology on the background ofcity heating network to let the equipment repairing personnel and production schedulingpersonnel apperceive the state of the production line and participate in maintenancemanagement no matter where and when.The main research contents are as follows: Themonitoring and maintenance system of heating network remote equipment based onInternet is designed.It includes the server system of the monitoring center in theenterprise,each sub station operation controller and the mobile terminal equipment.Thesoftware of remote equipment monitoring and maintenance system of the heating pipenetwork is designed and debuged including the the equipment fault diagnosis,the networkoperation parameters detection,push the alarm for the equipment failure,controllingequipment status through the mobile terminal for maintenance workers,history dataretrieval and so on.Enterprise website is created by installing the system server choosingWindows server.Mobile terminals are designed when the android developmentenvironment was built.It can push the alarm information to the mobile terminalautomatically when the fault occurs using the push platform.The thermal station map is designed through Baidu map platform.The socket protocol is used for communicationwhich can receive data from the field in the heating network and send commands to controlvalve through the DTU transmission between the enterprise server and site.It realizes theremote control of the heating network.The experiment proved that the real-time monitoring of the heating network can beviewed,the alarm message is received through the push mode and the solenoid valve at thescene is controlled remotely through the mobile terminal.
