With the development and utilization of resources, people call for higher demands to theenvironment, how to use the existing industrial waste reasonable become an urgent problemin the road of sustainable development. The fly ash which is industrial waste because of thespecial nature and advantage to make the foam concrete as cementing material, can improvethe environment of social and economic as well as use resources reasonable.This article study mixture ratio of the fly ash foamed concrete. Starting from theproduction of foamed concrete principle, through the analysis of the principle on ordinaryconcrete and fly ash concrete mixture ratio design, this article made a mixture ratio design onthe fly ash foamed concrete and made the relevant experimental tests. Improving andexpanding the previous foam concrete mix design method on this basis, this artical putsforward the mix proportion design method of cement, fly ash, lime, sand system of foamconcrete, and obtained the influence of different factors of the performance of the foamconcrete.For mix proportion design test, adopt the orthogonal test design about mixture proportiondesign of single factor and multi-factor, with a case study about foam concrete B08level, theresults are as follows:Mix proportion design of single factor is about the properties of foam concrete on thevarious raw materials. The results show that the compressive strength of foam concrete, drydensity and water absorption rate is inversely proportional to the dosage of fly ash andfoaming agent, and the change tendency is obvious. Along with the increase of dosage of lime,the compressive strength first increases then decreases, and the dry density and waterabsorption have no obvious change rule. Mix proportion of single factor experiment showedthat fly ash and foaming agent plays a dominant role on the performance of the foamconcrete.Mix proportion of multi-factor design use L9(34) orthogonal table to design orthogonalexperiment, and analys is the influence of various factors on the performance of foamconcrete quantitative indicators from the range and varianc of orthogonal test. The results show that the primary and secondary order on foam concrete dry density is foaming agent>fly ash> ratio of water> lime; the order on28d compressive strength: foaming agent> flyash> ratio of water> lime; impact on the water absorption is fly ash> foaming agent> ratioof water> lime.Through the mix proportion design of multiple factors experiment, can finddosage of foaming agent and the dosage of fly ash foamed concrete is more significant, whichis conformed to the test results of the mix proportion design of single factor.Finally, based on the28d compressive strength of foam concrete value, dry density andwater absorption and water ratio and dosage of fly ash, lime and dosage of foaming agent formultiple linear regression, obtain the linear equation between the dosage of foaming agent ofthe28d compressive strength, dry density and water absorption rate and dosage of fly ash.
