Railway computer monitoring system can ensure the safety operation of signal equipment, generally called "black box" of Electrical works departments. Since2000, monitoring system had been researched and developed by Ministry of Railways, and it was upgraded in2006,then a centralized monitoring system technical conditions has been formulated in2010. The implementation of this system ensures signal equipment repair according to condition of signal equipment, and provides convenience for the maintenance of signaling equipment. The development of new technologies in railway puts new demands to function of centralized monitoring system, thus the modern railway centralized monitoring system must improve its system functions in order to ensure signal equipment safety and operation. With the development of computer communication technology, the all electronic computer interlock system has been putted in use, considering that the electronic section control system has not been applied in existing railway, therefore, the electrification of section control system is important. It not only makes it simple to implement interface of interlock system, but also uses software to replace traditional complex relay circuits.Based on the realization of electronic automatic block system of double-track and double-direction, combining the actual needs of the project, and referring to the monitoring content of train control center monitoring system in "railway signaling centralized monitoring system technical conditions", by using the development platform of Visual C++6.0, database technology and computer network communication technology to complete the development of the monitoring and maintenance terminal.In this paper, first makes a brief description of the railway signal centralized monitoring system, analyzes the present situation and system structure, proposes the research topic and expounds the significance and background of this thesis. Secondly, describes the architecture and technical conditions of the electronic automatic block system of double-track and double-direction, puts out software requirements analysis and analyze business process with data flow diagram according to the implementations of monitoring system. In the design part, according to the basic principles of software design, designs software by layering and divides each function modules, elaborating the design of data processing and storage, network service, data query and show, develop a communication protocol, realization function of each module by program. At last concludes the design of monitoring maintenance terminal.The monitoring maintenance terminal in this thesis is an indispensable part of the electronic automatic block system of double-track and double-direction, and the realization of its function can makes the maintenance of the entire system more convenient, reduce the workload of maintenance personnel. The experiment shows that the function of each part of the monitoring maintenance terminal has achieved its desired goals.
