Environmental protection has become the major problems of today’s society, theenvironmental problems of the construction industry is particularly important, recycledconcrete came into being.By recycled concrete,environmental protection can be achieved tosome extent, and the economic and social benefits is notable.Some research has done onrecycled concrete at home and abroad,the results indicate its feasibility and to some tentdeficiency,and steel fiber recycled concrete made by steel fiber and recycled concretecombined together can to some extent make good.The study of steel fiber recycled concrete isnot perfect, so mechanical test is needed.In order to study the bending properties of steel fiber recycled concrete structure, testscale models of steel fiber recycled concrete beam is produced through the designed mixproportion.The ultimate load,ductility and the crack development of steel fiber recycledconcrete beams is observed and recorded during the static loading test.Through the testdata,the stress-strain relationship is analyzed,the ultimate bearing capacity,the maximumcrack width and the stiffness is calculated.The formula of each influencing parameter for steelfiber recycled concrete beam is put forward and the rationality is verified.The following conclusions:1.The steel fiber recycled concrete beam structure has better mechanical properties forthe synergy in the steel fiber, the recycled concrete and the steel.2.The flexural performance of steel fiber recycled concrete beam is similar with recycledconcrete beam.3.The steel fiber recycled concrete beam can meet the plane section assume for concretebeam.The theoreticals tress-strain curve of steel fiber reinforced concrete beam model isdrawn.A formula for flexural capacity of the normal section of steel fiber recycled concretebeam is put forward,and the formula is reasonable.4.The bending mechanism of steel fiber recycled concrete and the influencing factors ofits deflection and cracks are analyzed.A formula for the stiffness of steel fiber recycledconcrete beam is put forward,and the formula is reasonable.5.A formula for the maximum crack width of steel fiber recycled concrete beam is putforward,and the formula is reasonable.
