Since the fluctuant and almost uncontrollable characteristic of wind power, how to ensure the coordinated development between the wind power connected to the grid is an urgent task for the optimized dispatch of power system. With the advancement of electricity industry market-based reform, wind power, hydro power and thermal power as independent power producers, got rid of the traditional scheduling model, transform into the competitive power generation model which concerning the power exchange in electricity market, trading decisions by market price and maximizing revenues. All these change bring new difficulty and challenge to the power system optimized dispatch.In the electricity market environment, based on the stochastic programming, this dissertation presents a new optimal scheduling model containing of wind farm. The research has made important contribution to theory and practicality as well as a good attempt for solving the adverse effects of wind power grid using stochastic programming. The main research works are as follows:This paper concerns power system optimized dispatch problem considering the uncertainty in market prices and wind. Simulating stochastic factor by scenario tree theory, using stochastic programming expected value models, according to market exchange principles, a coordinated model of wind power-hydro plants and a model of optimal scheduling with wind/hydro/thermal are established. With the uncertainty of wind power output, the deviation between plans and actual production is involved, taking the stochastic programming with two-stage recourse to consider the deviation of costs incurred as overestimation and underestimation of actual production are included in the overall goal of the economic dispatch, then the mathematical model is perfect and solved by commercial software DICOPT and SBB. The numerical in-stances demonstrate that the model and method are effective. The results show that market trading strategies and stochastic programming applied to power system optimized dispatch problem, the model can give power producers a reasonable market transactions to provide basis for decision making, and power suppliers can enhance market competitiveness and achieve maximum efficiency. It provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for optimal scheduling with large-scale wind incorporated power system, which promoting the research of the smart grid.
