As a kind of renewable energy which is the largest and most potential for development, the wind power plays an extremely important role in energy conservation, emissions reduction and environmental protection. However, with the increasing number and scale of wind farms within the area,the uncertainty of wind power bring unprecedented challenges to the safety, stability and scheduling decision.Considering spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of wind speeds, uncertain costs and operation risk constraints, a method to analyze the optimal dispatch of wind farm group integrated system is proposed on the basis of existing achievements. Aims to the difficulty in describing the probability distribution of multi-wind speeds, the copula function was introduced to depict the temporal randomness and spatial correlation of wind speeds and produce its scene spaces. To cope with the influence on the system scheduling decisions caused by uncertainty of wind power, the risk index was defined,and a novel nonlinear and multivariable dynamic economic dispatch model for power grid containing wind farm group was proposed based on the theory of chance-constrained programming. Wind power project output is regarded as optimization variables and uncertain costs were considered in the model to harmonize the contradictory between economy and safety and to get the best confidence level. The scene theory and IPSO hill climbing hybrid algorithm were allied to solve the model with significant time saving and intuitional risk level reflecting. The simulation results in IEEE30-bus system with two wind farms indicate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed model and method.The idea of risk management is introduced in this paper to solve the contradictory between economy and reliability. It’s benefit for personnel to weigh the cost and operation risk and gain a balanced scheduling plan to reduce the costs of the system.
