At present, the domestic and foreign research more widely used in inverter technology, thyristor (SCR) inverter and PWM inverter is scholars, the main research content. Through the analysis of thyristor inverter has low working frequency, high voltage utilization ratio, small switch loss, and large output current harmonic content, shortcomings and so on is only active inverter; And PWM inverter has active passive inverter can be realized, good quality of output waveform, isolate the advantages of reactive power and harmonic and the voltage utilization ratio is low, the switch loss, such as electromagnetic interference is serious shortcomings. Therefore, combining the basic features of the two inverter, design a can have both at the same time the advantages of inverter function without the shortcomings of their respective new inverter device.Used to flow through the motor winding every harmonic current have cut inhibition effect, combined with proper inverter switch circuit design a new type of inverter device, inverter control system adopts CPLD controller design. Finally, the design of inverter device to test and analysis, by experimental analysis, the new inverter device has low working frequency, small switch loss, which can realize active passive inverter, less harmonic content of output waveform, isolation function of reactive power and harmonic, high voltage utilization ratio.
