Through an experiment to study rule of degradation for the prismatic compressive strength of concrete with corrosive force, and using the finite element software for simulating test specimen. The experimental consider different corrosion rate of reinforcing steel bar, concrete cover thickness, and diameter of reinforcing steel bar, to research the influence of corrosive prismatic compressive strength of concrete with each experimental factors. The result of experiment indicated that the corrosion rate, thickness of concrete protective cover, diameter of reinforcing steel bar all will influence the prismatic compressive strength of concrete. WOhen the corrosion rate of steel bar increased, with the decrease of the concrete cover thickness and the increase of the steel bar diameter, the more obvious deterioration of corrosive prismatic compressive strength of concrete. The formula of relationship between the test factors and the prismatic compressive strength of concrete was obtained by test results, and compared with cube concrete corrosive degradation of empirical formula to get the formula of relationship between the prismatic and cube compressive strength of concrete. And the Formula shows that no proportion coefficient of the relationship between them, related to the corrosion rate, diameter of reinforcing steel bar, thickness of concrete protective cover and concrete initial strength. Using the finite element software to simulate and analyze the test specimen with concrete initial strength and number of reinforcing steel bar, simulation results show that the initial strength of concrete and number of reinforcing steel bar all will influence the corrosive concrete compressive strength. The test results can be used as the basis of the bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete structure degradation research and further study on the evaluation of durability of structure. |
