In recent years, with the rapid development of the prestressed anchoragetechnology, in the rock and earth anchoring construction, prestressed anchor cable ashigh slope protection and reinforcement of the effective measures, widely used inhighway construction in our country. Because of prestressed anchor rope to take coverengineering, its engineering quality supervision and safety assessment more difficult.Effective prestress as an important factor of safety evaluation of prestressed anchorsystem, prestressing losses through will seriously affect the service life of the anchoragesystem and the safety of the structure, the current detection methods of anchor cableprestress is relatively backward, and NDT methods into a new development direction.Based on the research of the previous detection method, this paper proposes a canquickly and efficiently detect the slope, bridge prestress method, and the indoorexperiment and field experiment. This for geotechnical anchorage safety evaluation hasgreat social significance and economic significance. Includes the following main results○1Free vibration frequency of anchor cable and tension is established theoreticalmodel, through theoretical derivation, obtained n order frequency of anchor wire andanchor cable tension relationship model, at the same time, the simply supported beammodel is obtained and the commonly used string vibration model.○2Usingtheindirectmethod,prestressmeasurementmethodisproposed,namelyusing the anchoring force balance of the relationship between artifacts and anchor cable,first through to the anchoring components (such as the anchor head) launch of elasticstress wave, measured by the anchor head response parameters, calculate the anchoringpiece of stress value, using the anchor and anchor force balance between relations,introduced the working stress of anchorage system. Then anchor head vibrationtheoretical model building, the anchorage system of vibration response parameters andthe relationship between tension and mathematical deduction, the vibration response ofthe anchor head is determined by parameters, for testing the tension of the prestressedsystem in concrete method.○3Introduces prestress of nondestructive testing signal processing and analysismethod, illustrates the data collection and pretreatment process, analyzes the data oftime domain analysis and frequency domain analysis method.○4Application of prestress of anchor cable in the nondestructive testing methods and data analytical model theory, the indoor experimental study, and then in highwayfield detection, the effective prestress of prestressed anchor cable has achieved goodresults, for the detection of anchor chain’s prestress provides an effective method ofnondestructive testing.
