Because of the remarkable anchoring effect of prestressed anchor cable,it has become an important technology of geotechnical anchoring engineering.But the prestressed anchor cable structure of slope is not permanent,the change of geological environment,destruction of human factors or contruction quality is not up to standard and others reasons will lead to the failure of the prestressed anchor structure and then the slope will become unstable;it is like a "time bomb" to threaten people's property and life safety.Therefore,the safety and quality detection of prestressed anchor cable structure is an important work to ensure the stability of the slope.Compared with the traditional detection methods,nondestructive testing has obvious advantages.However,in the detection of prestressed anchor cable,nondestructive testing can not complete the detection of all the influencing factors.It is very meaningful for the actual detection work to select the appropriate indicators and study the nondestructive testing methods.Based on the above reasons,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing research results,mainly studied on the following aspects:(1)Based on the ANSYS software for numerical calculation,simulate anchorage length and grouting plumpness of cable bearing capacity influence,and the influence of prestress loss on slope stability,and according to the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results,select the safety evaluation index of prestressed anchor cable;(2)This paper studies the nondestructive testing principle and method of prestressed anchor length and full grouting based on the elastic wave theory,puts forward the theoretical model of equivalent mass method for prestressed anchor detection,the mathematical derivation of the model is carried out,and the relationship between the natural frequency and prestress of prestressed anchor cable is obtained,at the same time,the theoretical model of equivalent mass method is used in doors to test the prestress under anchor,and the accuracy of the method is proved;(3)This paper puts forward and establishes a set of relative standard nondestructive testing system for prestressed anchor cable,the contents of the system are introduced in detail.At the same time,the evaluation methods and standards for the safety quality of prestressed anchor cable are put forward;(4)Based on the nondestructive testing method and system of prestressed anchor cable in this paper applied to practical engineering,the feasibility and practicability of the method and system are verified.
