Research On Application Of CFG Pile In Soft Foundation Treatment

With rapid development of highway construction, a lot of soft soil foundations encountered in road process construction,which had adverse engineering properties,such as low bearing capacity, big settlement, and long time to finish consolidation and so on. Because of the complexity of deformation mechanism and the diversity of influencing factors of soft soil foundation, treatment method about soft soil foundation of highway construction become an important issue. Choosing reasonable treatment method of soft foundation is good to control the construction progress and guide the construction organization and arrangement of late, and has important theoretical and engineering practical significance. This paper studied soft soil subgrade using CFG pile with soft foundation treatment,based on shanghai-kunming passenger special line for hunan HCTJ I section of the subgrade engineering, the main content of the study are as follows:First, basing on the research achievements of soft ground treatment technology at home and abroad, this paper, analyse classification,distribution, and project features of soft soil,and the common processing methods of the soft soil foundation at home and abroad, and fully mastered pile foundation design principle in soft foundation, the optimization design of the soft soil foundation and the compare and election of soft foundation treatment method, etc.Second, analyse the CFG pile applications in soft soil foundation in deep, including CFG pile development, mechanism, construction technology, etc,and concluded that CFG pile is superior to other pilein the construction in this route with contrast.At last, this paper, aiming at soft soil subgrade engineering of hunan I HCTJ section in shanghai-kunming passenger special line, through testing the CFG pile pile construction, pile on process test, in order to check geological material and equipment, process, the construction sequence and make sure whether it is appropriate, and determine the mixing ratio, the slump, stirring time, drill decannulation rate, mixture dosage of each linear meter, coefficient and various technological parameters, ensure influence between piles in the process of pile. We meet the design requirements through testing piles of specimens28d compressive strength average, soft foundation bearing capacity, vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile, and summary test pile process to guide subgrade construction and satisfy stability and settlement requirements of CFG pile.
