With the rapid development of littoral city economy and Urbanization, land become less and less, but demands of land become more and more. According to the rule of Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, Cultivated Land for construction must be achieving the balance of cultivated land's occupation and compensation. At the same time, in order to ease the conflict of populous but lack of land , take full advantage of abundant resources of beach in littoral and provide with the utmost land for industrial development, we will redouble our efforts to reclaim the land. In the paper, the treatment method, the principle, advantage and disadvantage of soft soil foundation with plastic draining plate be main discussed. Briefly comparing the result with the blasting toe-shooting method and the geo-fabric combined reinforced underlying layer method.
