Along with our country highway construction scale expands day by day, highwaytunnel construction has achieved great development. However, due to the influence ofgeological conditions, terrain conditions, climatic conditions and design, rock behindmany highway tunnel lining produce all kinds of defect. After the tunnel is completed,tunnel appear different degrees of disease variety, which threatens the safety ofhighway transportation. If voids treatment behind the tunnel lining not in a timelymanner will cause further damage and impact on traffic operations. even the failure oftunnel and shorten highway tunnel maintenance cycle and life, Leading the the tunnelstructure does not meet the design basis in need of repair, not only a waste of a lot ofmoney, but also affect the normal use of the tunnel, and cause adverse social impact.Therefore, this paper based on the boundary beam tunnel as the background, thecavities behind the lining of tunnel structure is studied and analyzed theoretically.This paper mainly for the following work:①The overview of the current tunnel lining cavity disease research background,development and research status of behind the lining cavity was summarized andclassified.②Behind the of tunnel lining cavity caused by bias and slope movement, stratasubsidence, relaxation pressure, the structure bearing capacity deficiency disease indetail. From the design, construction, operation of the cavities behind the lining oftunnel.③Based on Fenjieliang tunnel engineering, this paper adopts the method ofnumerical simulation of tunnel is mainly studied, after the completion of the tunnellining under different buried depth behind the different hole size and place an emptytunnel structure mechanics of material; When there is a hole to calculate the tunnelstructure safety factor of lining and comprehensive evaluation of the overall stability ofthe tunnel structure.④This paper adopts the semicircular to simulate the cavity configuration,For thecase of fixed depth, the paper discuss security impact that the voids affect structure ofsurrounding rock and lining based on the analysis of void’s position and size. For depthchanges, safety impact.use different depths and different positions on the two variablescombined analysis of surrounding rock structure and lining structure.
