Composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new kind of composite structure composed of corrugated steel webs, diaphragm,top and bottom concrete board, external and internal prestressing tendons. It has made some improvements on the basis of traditional concrete bridge with external prestressing tendons. Compared with conventional PC box Girder Bridge, the new bridge has lighter dead weight, lower cost, more convenient construction and assembly as well as longer durability. Besides, during its whole life cycle, the bridge also brings a high economic benefit and is environmentally friendly, whichcaters right to the technology-oriented industry policy in bridge structural technology field. On the basis of dynamic characteristics of box Girder Bridge withcorrugated steel webs, the paper studied the dynamic performance of the newbridge by means of finite element simulation, theoretical analysis and physicalmonitoring. Main results are as follows:(1) A summary of dynamic performance of the existing testing simply supported box girder with corrugated steel webs; analysis of the dynamic finite element model and physical monitoring of the dynamic performance of testing simply supported box girder with corrugated steel webs in Guangxi Province, aswell as the effect of varying diaphragms on the dynamic performance of thebox girder; a summary of the influencing factors of the dynamic performanceof the box girder.(2) A summary of the dynamic performance of the existing continuing testing box girder with corrugated steel webs; a comparative analysis of the dynamic performance between box-girder with corrugated steel webs of the YellowRiver Highway Bridge in Juancheng County and the conventional continuing PC box girder; dynamic performance analysis of the finite element model of thecomposite box-girder with corrugated steel webs in the Taohuayu Yellow River Highway Bridge and the influence of the thickness of the corrugated steel web on the dynamic performance; a summary of the influencing factors of the dynamic performance.(3) According to response spectrum theory and the requirements in the Guidelines for Seismic Design of Highway Bridge, FEM seismic accelerates response spectrum analysis of the composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs inthe under-construction Taohuayu Yellow River Highway Bridge has been carrie d out on the basis of MIDAS, and the mechanics characteristics under seismicanisotropic function of the new structure have also been researched.
