| Currently, tourism industry is booming in China. The5A-level national scenic resort,as the essence of the tourism resources and precious treasure of the Chinese, occupiedan important position in modern China. It has important theoretical and practicalsignificance to research and build evaluation methods for landscape value withprotecting natural resources and historical sites scientifically, maintaining a balancedand harmonious development of the scenic landscape ecology and using and exploitingof landscape resources sustainable on a study for landscape value evaluation of5A-levelnational scenic resort.1195A-level national scenic spots have been analyzed to valuethese Places of interest in this paper. And comprehensive research about these Places ofinterest have been done, including the classification, evaluation index system, theestablishment of evaluation criteria and comprehensive evaluation model construction.And the value of these Places of interest contains classification and evaluation, theevaluation results of the analysis and graphics production. Meanwhile, it is usingtheoretical analysis, combined the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluationmethods, the spatial analysis technology of Geographic Information System (GIS). Themain results studied are as follows:Analyzed the dominant value of the1195A-level national scenic resorts, which werebeen divided into three categories, as the scientific value-oriented5A-level nationalscenic spots, the historical sites and culture value-oriented5A-level national scenicspots and the tourism value-oriented5A-level national scenic spots. According to theevaluation contents and basis of landscape value, bring up corresponding to theevaluation criteria.Faced with the landscape research and developments status of the5A-level nationalscenic spots, the literatures and raw materials were collected, and the data were beenresearched and analyzed. Reference to the outcome of the evaluation of the domesticand international landscape, natural landscape and cultural ecological principles hadbeen utilized. Combined with expert consultation, the scenic spots resources andfeatures, the scenic development and utilization of the situation, the localsocio-economic development, and the constructed principles of evaluation index systemfor landscape value level with5A, four criteria layers, seven first level indicators andtwenty two secondary indicators were been selected. Then, it constructs a complete scenic and landscape value evaluation index system.On the basis of the evaluation index system for landscape value, using the fuzzymathematical theory and analytical hierarchy process (AHP), it has ensured the relativeweights of the different indicators. With the combination of landscape comprehensiveevaluation index methods, a comprehensive landscape value evaluation model withmulti-objective and multi-level fuzzy evaluation is established. Combined of qualitativeanalysis and quantitative evaluation, it formed a scientific and integral landscape valueevaluation theoretical system of the5A-level national scenic spots.Applied evaluation index system and comprehensive landscape value evaluationmodel which has been established to calculate landscape value scores of1195A-levelnational scenic spots，then, the composite scores were divided into nine segments, from91-92score segment to99-100score segment. According to the technology ofGeographic Information System (GIS), it draws out a5A-level national scenic spotstopographic map. Meanwhile, on the analysis of the results of the evaluation andgraphics production, it plots out the5A-level national scenic resort zoning diagramdistributed by landscape value and landscape types.This system and model can be widely used to other scenic spots for landscape valueevaluation. The conclusion is propitious to provide some reliable information for thetourism management agencies, such as landscape planning and design, rationaldevelopment and sustainable use and protection of the landscape resources. It hasconsiderable guiding significance. Research production has certain practical value. |
