| During Metal Oxide Surge Arrester(MOA) actural operation, interior aging and damping may cause resistive current to increase, Zno element temperature will rise, MOA may turn to thermal runaway and even explosion when overvoltage appears.In order to ensure MOA run normally, it is necessary to detect the MOA operation state on-line.This paper, project design a set of online monitoring system of MOA, combined with actual project. The monitoring system consists of MOA on-line monitoring instrument, data transparent transmission and remote monitoring. The monitor uses ATT7022B and PIC18F4523as the core device, monitoring of three-phase full current and resistive current of MOA. Data transparent transmission includes two ways, one is the RS-485transmission cable, a GPRS wireless.host computer through remote monitoring interface real-time view the uploaded data. In adition, online monitor arrangement has keyboard and display screen, for field personnal to understand the running status of MOA.It is an integration of data collection, communication, analysis, calculation and memory with the function of real-time supervisory, historical data inquire and so on. |
