Recent years, with the increased pace of urban construction, the building gradually to the high-rise development at the same time, the foundation pit engineering gradually deeper and bigger direction. The city’s large-scale construction and limited land resources, there was a contradiction, the rational utilization of underground space has become the focus of today’s research.Excavation pit to consider not only its own stability and security are two issues, but also test the pit consider pit the building excavation caused by the deformation of the surrounding soil adjacent objects and urban roads. Therefore, whether the correct analysis of slope stability and deformation is the key to the success of the design pit. Excavation engineering, however, is a strong practical geotechnical problems, there is not an accurate quantitative results, therefore, only a theoretical basis, combined with experience to judge the actual measurement of the pit to make reasonable supporting design and construction.Firstly, this paper establishes the mathematical and mechanical model of stability analysis of rock slope, the use of the security and stability of the analytical method for general engineering analysis, and make a comparative analysis with traditional mechanical methods, validated analytical method convenient and universal applicability; followed by the type of excavation support, and make a detailed description of the various types of design; make a comparative analysis of pit deformation unbalanced load again, and finally to the stress parameters different values of the numerical simulation, come to take the different parameters of the stress, the deformation of the excavation support there is a tiny difference, basically negligible.
