Car in actual use, often with parking, starting, acceleration and decelerationhappening, the engine will also be accompanied by idling, starting, acceleration anddeceleration conditions, these dramatic changes in speed and load transient conditionsaccount for a large proportion of the operation in the engine, especially accelerationtransient conditions. Fuel consumption and emissions of the car in this conditionrestricted the power and economy of gasoline. This test on combustion processresearch only under three conditions which is free acceleration, constant torqueincreased speed and constant speed increeased torque. Strive to seek combustion lawunder above three conditions.This paper firstly detailed description of the Mototron platform, transientthrottle controller and film compensator. And then gasoline as the main object of study,use of the transient throttle controller and film compensator established in Mototronplatforms, pressure sensor, crank angle sensor, combustion analyzer, charge amplifier,the engine water thermostat controller, eddy current dynamometer machineengine testcontroller with the establishment of the entire engine test bench. This can be used to dothe experiments under transient operating conditions and steady operating conditions.Analysed the experiment data and get some combustion regulations from gasolineengine under three transient operating conditions.
