Facing the problem of traffic jam and accident which is getting more and more seriousand the matching problem between urban roads builds and increasing of vehicle volume, it isparticularly important to monitor and guide cars efficiently. Vehicular networking technologyis efficiently able to monitor and make comprehensive analysis on the vehicle stateinformation via information-centric services. According to the needs of different users, itprovides the high quality of service. Finally it relieves the above problem. With the currentresearch status of vehicular networking technology, study key techniques of the dynamicstransportation information service under the vehicular networked environment. Based on themobile internet, propose the real-time traffic sensing technology and the Dynamic inductiontechnology under the vehicular networking framework. The main achievements arepresented as follows:(1) Propose the vehicular networking framework based o n the mobile internet. Analyzethe Principle, working process, and the architecture design. Define the key techniques toorganize the vehicular networking framework.(2) The real-time collection of the traffic date under the vehicular networkedenvironment is carried out with the GPS positioning technique. Based on fuzzy theory,propose the membership function and Logic calculation rules which can judge user’s tripmode efficiently under the vehicular networked environment.(3) Combine with the character of the smartphone; propose the multi-weightsmap-matching method. Then program realization and program realization of this method iscarried out.(4) Based on vehicle terminal recognition and map-matching, make the simple trafficcondition judgment come true with the decision learning ID3. Then combined the trafficcondition judgment with history section average velocity, make the forecast of the route traveltime come true.(5) Propose the new content of the traffic information services mode under the vehicularnetworked environment. Dynamic route guidance is carried out with the ant colony algorithm.based on the character of the dynamic urban arterial network, improve the algorithm to overcome the defect of the low convergence rate and local minimal. Then make thecase-analysis.(6) Combined with the character of complicated large-scale road net, propose theimproved ant colony algorithm parallel strategy based on MPI after the analysis on parallelcompute method. Then analyze the ability of parallel disposal by experiment.(7) Build software platform based on the Super-Map and C#language. Storing andcalculating the complicated large-scale road net date efficiently with adjacency list. ThenDesigning and implementing System server and client.
