With the rapid development of our economy, In the severe situation for increasing consumption of coal resources, tight supply of coal-fired electricity and the growing environmental pressure, strengthen the research on how to improve and improve combustion efficiency and energy saving, emission reduction has become the key to guarantee the sustainable development of China’s economy factors. For the power system, one of the effective ways improving the steam parameters and installed capacity is reasonable and efficient to use energy. The modern power plant, supercritical technology has become the main trend of development of thermal power generation. So we should study and master the control technology of supercritical, and the main steam temperature ultimate critical unit of the main performance parameters, the general error range permitted is very small. The safety and economy of main steam temperature is too high or too low would endanger the thermal power unit. Therefore, control of the main steam temperature, and obtain the good control effect, is a very important problem. In order to assure the production process safety, economy and stability, simulation technology in power plant plays an play an important role in the aspects of design, thermal equipment and system manufacturing, commissioning, operation, control, technical innovation and personnel training and education, technology research.The paper took two sets of600MW the thermal power unit of Shanxi Xingneng Power Generation Co., Ltd as research object, based on a large amount of data, the main steam temperature of the unit are analyzed and studied; In the simulation supporting platform, using the modular modeling technology to build the relevant picture simulation model and its control strategy configuration of the main steam temperature control; Finally, combined with the other simulation model is debugged and experiment, the disturbance in the test, results show that the dynamic characteristics of the main steam temperature control system. can correctly simulate the main steam temperature of actual units, the error is within the scope of the real-time simulation, prove the availability and correctness of the model. Making uses of the model to solve practical problems for and engineering and technical personnel have certain guidance and reference function.
