Since21st century, energy shortage has become an essential issue which restricts the economic development of international society. It is necessary to develop global energy by changing energy structure, seekinga clean and efficient energy. Because solar energy has various advantages, it has become one of the most important measures to solve theenergy problem, among the advantages; solar thermal has been widely used. Meanwhile, with the improvement of living standards and dwelling environment, the pursuit of comfortable building thermal environment is increasing and the heating system gradually accounts for a great proportion of energy utilization in energy consumption. If the usage of solarenergy can meet this part of needs, the problems of the energy shortage and environmental pollution will be greatly solved.Because intermittent and stability are two weaknesses of solar energy, auxiliary heat source must be added. After make a comprehensive comparison we choose heat pump technology——an energy-saving and environment-friendly energy technology. The combination of the two will make the deficiencies and realize the around-the-clock operation of heating system.Based on this, the Physics Experiment Center and ShanXi ChunGuang Solar Energy Heating Co., LTD reached a cooperation agreement. That is to build a set of small solar heat pump heating system in the modern physics laboratory used for teaching, demonstration and research.In the process of exploring the improve the efficiency of solar energy heat pump heating system,this paper studys the following aspects:(1)The paper analyses heating energy consumption situation in taiyuan region, and participates in the design and building of the system.(2)The paper analyzes the applicability and promotional value from the perspectives of costs, carbon emissions, potential value and other aspects. (3)In the Original system, solar pump station controller is fixed temperature circulation,which causes heat from solar heat collector can’t be effectively used, based on STC89C52RC, controllable temperature loop controlle that ensures the efficient utilization of solar energy resources is designed.(4)Due to all the data need manual record which is time-cousming and pipe valves, and switches in the system need manual manipulation which is complicated during the operation, the system of heating efficiency is low. So remote monitoring system is introduced to the original one, which realized the remote control of data acquisition and equipment and ensured the safety and efficiency of operation and fault treatment.(5)The paper designed a set of remote monitoring system for solar heating. With STC89C52RC and ATmega328microcontrollers and W5100Ethernet chip to collect and upload data and communicate with the server, it implemented the monitoring and remote controlling equipments’running status.Interface of monitoring system adopted the open Internet access platform.
