Water pumps have a significant role in social development.Pump and fan loads account for about half of the country's electricity consumption each year.If the efficiency of pump products fails to meet the standard requirements,it will cause huge power waste.This paper,research in the national pump product quality supervision and Inspection Center(Zhejiang),found that the detection task and inspection capacity configuration of the detection center are facing challenges,when the detection task is heavy,the detection capacity is relatively insufficient,enterprises often need to wait in line,the timeliness of detection can not be effectively guaranteed.At the same time,although some enterprises have better testing equipment and testing capabilities,they are often idle due to less testing tasks.With the development of technology of IOT,it is possible to solve the problem of rational utilization of this resource allocation with the help of remote detection technology.Therefore,to improve the effective use of detection resources,this paper designs a remote detection system of water pump based on IOT.The main work is as follows:Firstly,carry out the feasibility study on the overall scheme of the system,which realizes a comprehensive detection system of pump test data field collection,remote transmission and pump qualification judgment.The system chooses the data transmission mode of GPRS wireless communication,which makes the data transmission distance longer and the transmission effect more reliable and stable.The system chooses MQTT as the communication protocol,which reduces the network traffic and has a reliable message communication mechanism.Tdengine,a time series database specially designed for the IOT,has more than 10 times the storage and reading performance of the traditional database.It can store and read the pump parameter information in real time.Secondly,a portable remote quality inspection terminal is developed,which uses USR-IO424T-EWR as the main control unit,UT5204 as the sensor access unit,and MODBUS communication protocol is used between the terminal and the sensor to collect digital signal and analog signal.Thirdly,developed the central service system.The system is written in Erlang language,adopts C/S architecture,supports millions of concurrent connections,and can be hot updated.The system introduces the object model to build the terminal sensor and reduce real-time communication.For the pump models not included in the pump standard,BP neural network algorithm is used to fit the efficiency parameters,which makes it more reasonable than the general insertion algorithm.Finally,the paper displays the operation interface of the system.Main operation process and the functions of the test system are introduced.The test results indicate that the system is reliable and can realize the function of pump qualification identification.
