At present, more and more vehicles are equipped with car computing and storagedevices. Both from the point of view from the businessmen or the individual users, thepotential applications and research associated with the vehicles are growing rapidly.Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks (VANETs) can achieve interconnection of a huge numberof vehicles and itself raises the attention both in industry and academia. VANETsnetwork applications now mainly focus on vehicle safety information services,information services auxiliary vehicle control.This paper argues that the highly developed hardware and software architecture,making the the VANETs network not limited to the simple data services; itself should beable to try expanding into the field of complex data applications. I In order to betterillustrate this point, this paper adopts the bottom-up discussion and analysis withreferences of OSI Systems. This paper focuses on the ability of data dissemination inthe VANETs network and maintaining the data in the designated areas, rather thanrealization of data trasnsimitting from a given source node to the destination node. Inthis network scenario, the VANETs network give special attention in the datadistribution strategy and data relay strategy.First, this paper provides a brief overview in VANETs’ characteristics, applications,and research status. Then, this paper gives analysis of the underlying communicationnetwork in VANETs, and accomplishes the VANETs network performance test by usingSimulink software. Besides, this paper reveals that the environment signal-to-noise ratiohas a direct impact in the data rates and data quality. Then, this paper launched amathematical model analysis in the V2V and V2I structure, and put forward own datadistribution strategy in V2V structure-based on the minimum probability of collisionand minimum latency broadcast protocol. After completing the relevant simulation test,this paper presents a viable network structure of PVA-VANETs, according to thecharacteristics of a large number of parked vehicles, and also accomplishes the surveyof parked vehicles in Chengdu. The PVA-VANETs network structure can effectively improve the performance in both V2V and V2I network structure, and based on theanalysis in the parking cluster with the mobile vehicle communication process andparking cluster’s data distribution management, this paper considers it is applicable toprovide high efficiency, reliable data service center. Finally, this paper comes up twofeasible cloud computing services for VANETs network-Naas (Network as a Service)and Saas (Storage as a Service).
