Study On Construction Of Plant Landscape Of Urban Wetland Park In Wuhan

China is rich in natural resources; however, urbanization has led to wetland destruction in these years. Fortunately, the construction of urban wetland parks, of which plant landscape is the most important part, has made up for the losses caused by the industrialization, technicalization and modernization. Therefore, studying plant landscape of urban wetland park is necessary. Although local objective condition is superior, the construction of wetland park has be worse than that in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province------only two wetland parks put into use in Wuhan city so far. In addition, the research on plant landscape of urban wetland combined with local plant materials is rare. Thus, the research of the paper has a far-reaching meaning.Firstly, this paper describes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars about urban wetland parks and its plant landscape. Then it determines the purpose, methods and content of study. In addition, this paper lists the concepts of wetland, urban wetland and urban wetland park. Moreover, it gives the meaning and principles of construction of the plant landscape.Secondly, on the basis of understanding the general situation of wetland resources and wetland vegetation in Wuhan, combined with the result of the survey on wetland park landscape, the paper analyzes the composition and proportion of plants, especially the aquatic plants. Then, studying ornamental characteristics from individual to group, it analyzes the ecological features of plant and plant community, in the meantime, the contracture of plant community and the analysis of plant landscape space are described.Finally, this paper summarizes methods of plant landscape planning, according to the survey of the advantages and disadvantages of wetland parks plant landscape in Wuhan city, including the types and methods of planning, the mode of the plants arrangement in different habitats and different function areas, along with characteristic planning methods in combination with the conditions of natural resources in Wuhan city.
