In recent years, due to the shortage of energy and considering protect of the environment, people pay close attention to clean and renewable energy; wind power has become one of the most popular research objects. Because of its unique advantage, the effect of small wind power cannot be ignored; but some problems still exist in controlling and need to be further studied. This paper discusses the small wind power system of800W, and focus on the study of Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT).Firstly, this paper introduces the application of small wind power system in real life态the background and meaning; In addition, it describes the current development situation of foreign and domestic.Secondly, the working principle and the function of different components are introduced; the simulation models are established according to the principle of wind speed and wind turbine; Through comparing and analyzing, the system choose Direct Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator(PMSG); Also, using the mathematical coordinate transformation, derived the three-phase stationary coordinate and two-phase synchronous coordinate of PMSGThirdly, this paper introduces several traditional methods of Maximum Power Point Tracking and briefly expounds the working principle of Boost circuit. Through deducing the relationship between maximum power and duty cycle, the paper selects the fuzzy control which by controlling the duty ratio to achieve maximum power. According to system features, we designed the Fuzzy Controller and built a complete PMSG wind power system simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink software platform, then the simulation results are analyzed.Finally, the article introduces the working principle of inverter circuit and the SPWM control method of single polarity. Then I also designed the filter circuit, and the filter result is analyzed.
