The urban using land of tensions prompted the buildings of intensive. High-rise buildings and ultra-high-rise buildings continue to emerge has become an inevitable trend. The height of building increase and the spacing between building shrink at the same time. It built a large number of closely spaced high-rise buildings on the soft ground in our country’s coastal areas. Those buildings proposed the complex issues of Calculation Analysis and Seismic Design.Seismic design method of seismic code used currently mainly built on the rigid foundation assumption. During an earthquake, if foundation deformation caused by the superstructure is much smaller than that directly generated by the seismic waves, the rigid foundation is assumed to be reasonable. Otherwise, it should be considering Soil-Structure Interaction. In actually, construction often built in the group of structure will be subject to the surrounding buildings. Its dynamic characteristics and seismic response is different from monomer structure, especially comparing to the dense-high-rise building group. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the influence of construction site and surrounding buildings in structural calculation and design. The dynamic analysis of Soil-Adjacent Structure Interaction is proposed for this problems.The results of SSI research have been very mature. But most of the object of study is confined to the Soil-Monomer Structure Interaction. The SASI is seldom. This paper based on the existing SSI research through the establishment of3D model by finite element considering SASI, analyzed the relevant factors and effect rule of system’s dynamic characteristics and seismic response. The major research conents and innovation in this paper is that:(1) Establish and comparative analysis the system of three-dimensional space model by finite element respectively, which considering SASI and Soil-Monomer Structure Interaction.(2) Aiming at the dynamic characteristics and seismic response of SASI system and SSI system, compare the influence of adjacent structure by modal analysis and seismic analysis.(3) Make parametric analysis of finite element software ABAQUS by selecting the main influence factors of SASI. Including the spacing between foundations, superstructure, foundation and soil characteristics. Summarize the effect rule of these factors on the dynamic system.(4) Compare the dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the surface and embedded system. And then analysis the difference of this systems.
