Along with the rapid development of economy, more and more high-risebuildings emerge constantly around existing multi-layer constructions. And as the cityland increasingly tense, the distance between high-rise buildings and adjacentbuildings becomes more and more small. This reminds us that how much static impactthe builded high-rise buildings have on the the multi-layer constructions through soil.And when the earthquake occurs,how much influence on the aseismic performanceand dynamic response of multi-layer constructions will be exerted by the high-risebuildings. This is a problem which was related to the soil structure interaction, andwhich the engineering and technical personnel and the broad masses of the peoplepressingly concern about.In current research, the analysis of static effects on multilayer structure exertedby adjacent high-rise structure in the process of foundation pit construction has drawnmuch attention. On the contrary, the analysis of the settlement of soil in the process ofusing hasn’t drawn much attention. In addition,in engineering practice,for theelimination of influence on the structure exerted by adjacent high-rise structureconstruction, the rigid support structure will be built around the foundation pit. Andwhen the rigid support structure was removed after the completion of high-risestructure, the soil disturbance will happen again, which affects the safety of adjacentstructures.Based on the summary of the research approach and results of the soil structureinteraction, the thesis especially study the static and dynamic influence on the themulti-layer constructions exerted by the adjacent high-rise buildings in the process ofusing through modelling programs ANSYS and completed the following work:(1) After summarizing lots of interrelated historical materials, the research statusand the development level of soil-structure interaction were commentated. Accordingto the summary of research approach of soil-structure interaction, the limitations andthe existing problems of the research results were analyzed. Then analytical methodand research thoughts of soil-structure interaction of adjacent structures wereproposed.(2) The numerical methods of upper structure and foundation soil interactionwere studied. Then the mechanical characteristics of beam element and shell element,etc in the ANSYS FEM software were studied. At the same time, after analysing the contact method between foundation and groundsill in depth, the reasonable ways ofparameter selection were obtained, which make preparations for further analysis.(3) With the parametric design language provided by ANSYS FEM software, thecommand stream for structure static analysis and extracting static analysis result werecompiled. Then numerical analog analysis of single multi-storey structure werecarried out under considering the affection of high-rise structure and neglecting theaffection of high-rise structure.Finally,including ground settlement, differentialsettlement of specific position column and the change law of internal force(flexuralmoment,shearing force and axial force) of beam and column, the force anddeformation characteristics of multi-storey structure were obtained by contrastiveanalysis under specified foundation form and considering their own the dead weight.(4) With the parametric design language provided by ANSYS FEM software, thecommand stream for structure time-procedure analysis and extracting dynamicanalysis result were compiled. Then time-procedure analysis of single multi-storeystructure were carried out under considering the affection of high-rise structure andneglecting the affection of high-rise structure.Finally, including the seismic amplitudeof upper structure, the displacement-time curve of each intermediate floor anddisplacement-time curve of highest point of multi-storey structure, the dynamicinfluence on multi-storey structure exerted by high-rise structure were obtainedthrough contrastive analysis under selected seismic oscillation.(5) Considering the influence by high-rise structure, the static and dynamicinfluence on multi-storey structure were investigated under different soil propertiesand different spacing between high-rise structure and multi-storey structure.Finally,some regular results were concluded.
