This paper is a mainly description of LED lamps’ design. LED lamps gradually replace incandescent lamps on the market and become a mainstream product. However, today’s LED lamps have problems such as poor heat radiation performance, short life circle service, high cost. The table lamp design in this subject is mainly about to combine an excellent package of LED technology (MCOB) with a good heat radiation in the form, in order to achieve the effective combination of function and form. MCOB package technology is suitable for many LED chips placed in the aluminum plate, which means there must be some strict requirements on the thermal performance of the product and how to take advantage of the chips. This design mostly tries to look for an approach which can have effective heat dissipation in the form of such LED lamps and effectively realize the chip’s energy utilization. The heat "grid" and adjustment of the brightness of the light by touch is a form of final selection.Next to the above objectives, some auxiliary functions, such as a flashlight are also added to the table lamp. At last, the selection of material and suitable use lives limit the manufacturing cost, basically solving the main problems of the LED lamps.
