With the rapid progress of the society, reducing the environmental pollution and solving the en-ergy shortage problem have become a major challenge facing our country. the optimization of energystructure, vigorously development and utilization of renewable energy have become the development direc-tion of the future society. However, the distribution of these clean energy are often scattered and away fromthe main power grid. if using the AC transmission technology of conventional or traditional DC transmis-sion technology, not only it pollute the environment, but also it is not an economic cost. HVDC Flexibletechnology as advanced model of HVDC transmission technology in domestic and foreign, it is a goodsolution to clean energy scattered distribution and reduce the transmission cost.At present, the research of HVDC Flexible transmission technology in our country is mainly inthe design of valve control system.The system of HVDC Flexible control platform power module is a partof the HVDC Flexible valve control., which connected the underlying power module to the upper controlsystem communication and its function is very important.In the process of system design, the main work I have done are as follows:(1) the design of system hardware architecture and the solve of technical difficulties: I aban-doned the traditional design method of single system, using the design method of redundancy system; thehardware technical problems occurring in the early stages of design are analyzed, giving the method tosolve the problem causes, such as anti-jamming circuit and difference transmission technology.(2) software communication protocol and the main algorithm: I designed communication encod-ing format and made a detailed analysis; checksum calculation method used in the communication processis a new checksum calculation method based on TDM checksum, which has higher data validation accu-racy; a sorting algorithm based on the pipeline technique of sorting algorithm is the core algorithm in thesoftware design aspects, which I improved on the basis of the merge sort algorithm; the experimentalverification, compared with the general merge sort algorithm, the algorithm sorting speed faster, less re-source consumption in the same amount of sorting. (3) the system functional verification: In accordance with the division of functions of the wholesystem, I conducted a comprehensive verification of its function, proving the feasibility of the system. Thepaper gives only the experimental data and waveform diagram of the major functional verification.
