With the development of economy and technology,the living standard of people are improving.People pay more and more attention to their own health,and more and more people regularly go to the hospital for physical examination.The blood test of the hospital is facing tremendous pressure.The blood test system is produced to deal with this problem.The blood test system can sort and test the blood automaticly,which not noly improving the efficiency of the blood test but also reducing the error.So the blood test assembly line plays a very important role in medical test of blood.In this paper,the sorting module and cover-opening module of blood test system are designed.Firstly,the functions of the two module are cleared,and then the design requirements are determined.Each part of the two modules are designed.Then the 3D models of them are built.When the portal-frame-manipulator is designed,the portal frame is made with aluminum.The design leads to the reduction of the stiffness and the increasing of mechanical vibration.The modal analysis of the portal-frame-manipulator is studied using ANSYS in the paper.After that the kinematics simulation of the portal-frame-manipulator is carried out by the way of rigidflexible coupling simulation in ANSYS and ADAMS.The mechanical arm is driven by different speeds in the simulation,and the vibration of the manipulator is observed.And the stress of key components is analysed.The control logic of the cover-opening module is designed according to the design requirements and the structure scheme.The Stateflow software is used to simulate the logic of control,and the correctness of the logic is confirmed.The port assignment is done according to what are controlled by PLC.Then the two modules are programmed according to the result of the sequential logic simulation.Finally the test bench is built,and the wiring of the control panel is completed.Experiments were studied on two modules.The function of the sorting module and the coveropening module is tested using the program written before,and the the communication between the PLC and the host computer is completed.Then the acceleration sensor is installed on the portal-frame-manipulator,and the acceleration of the arm of the portal-frame-manipulator is measured and analysed.
