A four freedom degrees mathematical model of cylinder gear transmission system is built using the lumped mass method, based on gear meshing theory and random vibration theory, but tooth surface friction not be considerated. In this model, Due to the parameters is stochastic and there are random excitations, It has made the uncertainty system into stochastic system, A new model of the nonlinear gear system is established, Aiming at the characteristics of random parameters in the system. So the dynamic response of gear transmission system with stochastic parameters and random excitations system has been researched and analyzed. And a simulation method which combines with MATLAB software is carried out to research the the response of gear transmission system. The main contents and creative points are:1:The uncertainty model of gear transmission model and stochastic model with random parameters are built, using the lumped mass method and the second law of Newton.2:The response’s variance and expectation and the power spectral density function of gear transmission system with random parameters can be deduced, using virtual excitation method, with the change of stiffness and damping, the acceleration response of system power spectrum density function has been researched and analyzed. When the parameters are perturbating, the precise integration method can be used to researching the effect of the system’s responsion mean square value3:At the random parameters incentives, the response of the uncertainty gear transmission system and the stochastic system’s analysis and simulation can be studied respectively.4:Because of there are external incentives in the process of gear driving, when the excitation frequency and the excitation amplitude are random disturbancing, the response of the gear transmission system analysis and simulation are researched.
